Seatem's ticketing experience comprises many year's trading as a ticketing agency under the Keith Prowse and IfB brands and as a provider of outsourced ticketing services to performing arts, art gallery, sports, special event and visitor attraction clients worldwide.
Ticketing service clients for whom Seatem market and distribute tickets include special events (e.g. flower shows, air shows, consumer shows), West End theatres, art galleries and museums, music promoters, visitor attractions, sightseeing operators, and theme parks. Seatem provides advance box office services to many of the major London galleries and museums and for a number of flower shows and other consumer shows so is particularly used to dealing with clients whose patrons require high quality call handling.
Telephone Sales
Telephone booking services are delivered from a state of the art ticketing call centre located in Co Donegal, Ireland. Call centre staff are permanent employees, with very low staff turnover enabling Seatem to invest in the training and monitoring necessary to build a world class entertainment call centre service. Advisors have access to on-line information systems ensuring that they have up to the minute information on events enabling them to handle customer queries and complete sales orders. Telephone bookings are handled 24x7 against agreed service levels.
The call centre also has dedicated, secure dispatch facilities where tickets are printed, checked, matched with appropriate marketing materials and dispatched to customers.
Online Sales
Seatem provides white label ticket purchase pages to match the styling of client websites enabling on-line ticket sales. Print at home ticketing is available as well as traditional posted tickets. Through TicketSwitch [link to TicketSwitch pages], Seatem also offers electronic distribution to a wide range of affiliate websites and can provide trackable ticketing links for use on client sites, sponsor sites, exhibitor sites and other relevant sites. Client events are listed and featured on the Keith Prowse [link] and IfBArts [link] websites as appropriate and are included in e-shot newsletters and solus e-shots to a database of regular bookers.
Groups Sales
Seatem offers the services of a specialist sales department, branded as Applause, to handle sales to organised groups, schools, bus and coach operators and inbound tour operators. The Applause team issue regular publications and e-shots to a database of active bookers, undertake pro-active sales campaigns highlighting particular events and attend relevant trade shows to promote client events.
Retail Sales
Seatem offers clients the ability to reach visitors to London through a network of retail sites including Entertainment Ticket Desks at Harrods, at the Britain and London Visitor Centre and at other London locations.
International Sales
Through a worldwide network of offices, all selling from central systems, Seatem offers clients the ability to reach both domestic and inbound markets with customers able to book tickets in local language and currency before travelling. Each office has relationships with local distribution partners including travel agencies and tour operators.
On-Site Services
Seatem offer a range of on-site services at client events including on-site ticket sales and ticket collections, both live from the enta ticketing system. A sophisticated access control system is also provided when required to enable scanning of barcoded tickets and print at home tickets.
