The Prague Winter Festival is a world famous festival of classical music, opera and ballet in Prague's finest and most beautiful theatres, concert halls and venues. The festival takes place annually from 02-07 January and is attended by an international audience. The 2008 festival promises to be the most exciting event. Puccini's Madama Butterfly makes its debut performance on 03 January while for the first time since 2003, the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra will perform a complete cycle of the 6 symphonic poems that comprise "My Country", Bedrich Smetana's hymn of praise to his home country.

FINE DINING IN THE MLYNEC
