IfB (International Festivals Bureau) is the world's leading company for opera, ballet, festivals, music, art, exhibitions and culture. We sell advance tickets and hotel and ticket inclusive packages to Opera Houses and Concert Halls around the world in cities including London, Dresden, Berlin, Salzburg, Prague, Bregenz, Verona, Leipzig, Paris, Vienna, Sydney, Budapest, New York City, Morbisch and Cortona in Italy.

IfB has long-standing and successful relationships with the Royal Opera House in London, Sachsische Staatsoper Dresden, the Metropolitan Opera in New York, Sydney Opera House, the Arena di Verona, Prague State Opera and Staatsoper Unter den Linden as well as Volksoper and Staatsoper in Vienna and has recently added the Teatro alla Scala in Milan to its portfolio of venues.

We have last seat availability at the New York Met and Arena di Verona, which allows us to sell to our customers as close to the performance date as the venue itself. This is a truly exceptional service to be able to offer our customers and one which we know they will value greatly.

Company History
IfB was formed in Germany in 1963 and offered travellers from West Germany the opportunity to visit opera, ballet and (classical) music festivals behind the Iron Curtain in Eastern Europe. Throughout the 1960s the company launched a new destination every year and in 1972 created the Prague Winter Festival which, in 2008, will celebrate its 36th anniversary. By the 1990s IfB was the leading European opera and arts travel specialist.

As a member of the Seatem Group, we have more than 20 international offices and produce promotional material in multiple languages. Our website, www.ifbarts.com (which is currently undergoing a redesign) will be available in multiple languages and will afford visitors the opportunity to purchase tickets in their native language and currency, something not offered by any competitor.
